<div dir="ltr">Diodes Incorporated has introduced Enhanced Mini 12V P-channel MOSFET &#8211; DMP1245UFCL, enhance cell efficiency and reduce board space, and meet the space limitations of the portable product design requirements, such as smart phones and tablet computers.</p>
<p>The new MOSFET using ultra-precision and high thermal efficiency DFN1616 package, and has a low on-resistance (RDS (on)) characteristics, the level can minimize conduction loss, thus extending battery life. VSOP383 .. and VSOP584 .. series the use of small 2mm x 2mm x 0.76mm QFN package that can handle continuous data transmission, wide supply voltage and low supply current characteristics.</p>
<p>Vishay&#8217;s standard remote control receiver is the photodiode and the signal modulation IC assembly in the same package. description<br />
The   TPS3809 family of supervisory circuits provides circuit initialization   and timing supervision, primarily for DSPs and processor-based  systems.  During power-on, RESET is asserted when the supply voltage VDD  becomes  higher than 1.1 V. Thereafter, the supervisory circuit  monitors VDD and  keeps RESET active as long as VDD remains below the  threshold voltage  VIT. An internal timer delays the return of the  output to the inactive  state (high) to ensure proper system reset. The  delay time, td(typ) =  200 ms, starts after VDD has risen above the  threshold voltage VIT. When  the supply voltage drops below the  threshold voltage VIT, the output  becomes active (low) again. No  external components are required. All the  devices of this family have a  fixed sense-threshold voltage VIT set by  an internal voltage divider.  The product spectrum is designed for supply  voltages of 2.5 V, 3 V, 3.3  V, and 5 V. The circuits are available in a  3-pin SOT-23. The TPS3809  devices are characterized for operation over a  temperature range of  ­40°C to 85°C.<br />

<p>The extremely high input impedance, low bias currents, and high slew  rates make these cost-effective devices ideal for applications which  have previously been reserved for general-purpose bipolar products, but  with only a fraction of the power consumption. Four offset voltage  grades are available (C-suffix and I-suffix types), ranging from the  low-cost <strong>TLC27M2CDR</strong> (10 mV) to the high-precision TLC27M7CDR (500 µV).</p>
